Nick has been making things since he was a small boy, these years of experience and keen interest in how and why things are made and put together, lead to him establishing his own business in 2003.

After graduating from a degree in applied arts and sustainable design and practice from Derby university and then a specialist furniture making course at Rycotewood College one of the countries leading places to learn to make furniture.
